With this quote as a guide to the thought, it is important that Ghana takes advantage of what it has to offer in the arts and culture space and ensure that we are unique and sustain that appearance and stature. It can be argued that currently there are many things about Ghanaian culture that are fading because there is no apparent conscious effort to preserve them or properly evolve them.

CultureChat is a bi-monthly forum developed by the National Theatre of Ghana in collaboration with DamramPR for the continued deliberation on the arts and culture and their development in Ghana. It will support promoting arts and culture thought and development, for the required attention to be given to it as a result.

The vision of the forum is to position Ghanaian culture as a priority in governance for social and economic development. The objectives of this forum are
• to be a connect for players within the sector,
• be a platform for creation and engineering of thought and concepts
• platform to discuss and debate all matters arts and culture

The first edition of CultureChat will host Fritz Baffour, renowned actor, entertainer, producer, director, arts entrepreneur, former Member of Parliament and Minister.

Mr. Baffour will subsequently co-host the program with Nana Fredua Ofori-Atta, Chairman of the Board of National Theatre.
