I’ve always been better at writing my thoughts and feelings than speaking them. I’ve been told by many, that I’ve managed to put into words, things they’ve only managed to feel. Never express in words.

My goal was that, after reading this, even if you cannot relate to them all, you will find one piece that is yours. You will find one piece, that sounds like it was written for just you.

I want people to know that it is okay to feel negative emotions strongly. It is okay to be confused, angry, sad and just plain old upset with life. But don’t stay negative. Don’t stay upset. Get it all out, and move again.

Writing this was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Firstly because putting it down, writing it, made all the emotions real. More real than I was prepared to handle. Or admit feeling in the first place.

But it had to be done. Because these were things eating me up on the inside. In a way, it felt good to let it all out. Even if it meant confronting my thoughts and feelings.
